On 10/01/2020 between Antoine Vill EOOD and the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy a grant contract № BG05M9OP001-1.057-0009-C01 under Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020, procedure BG16RFOP002-2.002 "Management Capacity Development" was signed SME growth ", project title:" Development of the management capacity of Antoine Will Ltd. through the introduction of an ICT based business process management system in the company".
The overall and specific objectives of the project are related to the purpose of the procedure:
- improving the skills of the workforce, promoting their professional and career development through participation in various forms of employment and lifelong learning;
- enhancing economic activity and improving access to employment for unemployed and inactive people by providing training opportunities.
The project objectives transpose the main objective of the procedure on the territory of Rousse. They will contribute to solving labor problems, except in the particular applicant company, in the region, and in particular in one of the sectors defining the regional economy - the clothing industry.
The specific objectives of the project are:
1. Enhancing the qualification of 42 employees of Antoine Vill EOOD and stimulating their participation in flexible forms of employment;
2. Increasing economic activity and providing access to employment for 20 unemployed persons.
Achieving the general and specific goals of the project will contribute to the implementation of the company's strategy for human resources development and will respond to the specific needs and shortages of skilled labor of the clothing manufacturers in the region of Ruse.
The total value of the project is 205666,65 BGN, of which 147386,65 BGN grant, representing 71.66% of the total eligible costs of the project and 58280.00 BGN own financing, representing 28.34% of the total eligible project costs.
