The main objective of the project is to ensure a healthy and well-adapted working environment in ANTOINE VILLE EOOD, by implementing measures to reorganize work processes and places with a view to promoting ecological thinking and resource efficiency, preventing and treating stress at the workplace and burnout, improving work environment factors with a view to creating healthy and safe working conditions, and providing additional social benefits for employees. The project will create sustainable working conditions and improve the quality of workplaces, while complying with the norms and requirements of the legislation on occupational safety and health.

The main activities are the development and implementation of "green" models of work organization, providing psychological support to ensure the prevention and treatment of "burnout" in the workplace, providing collective protection equipment that meets the risks identified in the enterprise, and providing additional social benefits for employees.

The expected effect is the achievement of a work organization in ANTOINE VILLE EOOD with a focus on environmental care and resource efficiency, direct engagement of employees with the concept of the transition to a green economy, and improvement of the healthy and safe working environment.

Total project cost: 173,675.63 BGN, of which 147,624.28 BGN European funding from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) through the Human Resources Development Program 2021-2027.
