On 03.12.2024, ANTOAN VILL LTD concluded Contract No. BG16RFPR001-1.003-0577-C01 “Implementation of product innovation in the production of ANTOAN VILL”, financed under the grant procedure BG16RFPR001-1.003 “Implementation of innovations in enterprises” under the Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027.

The overall goal of the project is to increase the innovation capacity and competitiveness of ANTOAN VILL through the implementation and market realization of product innovation at a world level in one of the thematic areas of ISIS "New technologies in the creative and recreational industries". The goal will be achieved by diversifying its product portfolio by introducing into production a new innovative product - an ergonomic backpack for carrying a baby and a small child, protected by a utility model.

For the successful implementation in the production of the new product, through this project the company will make investments in new high-tech equipment and software, including: a transfer system for applying a protective and decorative coating, an automated modular single-pass dryer at levels for parts and finished products without tension, a single-needle double-ended automatic gripper for programmable seams, a single-needle double-ended automatic button machine, an automatic eyelet machine with hoppers; specialized software for creating unique designs of fabrics and products based on generative artificial intelligence.

The implementation of the project activities will lead to the market realization of an innovative product, which in turn will help to expand the company's market positions at the global level and exploit a new market niche.

The total cost of the project is 1,585,200 BGN, of which 606,339 BGN is financial support from the European Union and 107,001 BGN is National co-financing.
