Antoaneta Antonova, General Manager of Antoan Vill and chairman of the trade association of garment manufacturers “Trade union of the manufacturers in the light industry” was invited to participate in a debate about the working conditions and payment in the apparel industry in Rousse aired on the morning broadcast of the national television - “The day begins”. She discussed the conditions garment companies offer to their employees and the problems the sector is facing along with Mrs. Diana Ivanova, principal of the Professional High school for Apparel “Nedka Ivan Lazarova” and Mr. Vesko Marinov, also owner of an apparel company in Rousse. The three of them agreed that the biggest challenge the industry is faced with is the shortage of workers, growing by the day and the grave influence emigration of whole families has on the labor market in Rousse and the country. During the discussion there was live coverage from the production hall in Antoan Vill allowing viewers to have a peek at the production process in real time.
