On August 5, 2026, ANTOAN VILL Ltd concluded an administrative agreement for the provision of grant funding Agreement No. BG16RFPR001-1.008-0094-C01 under procedure BG16RFPR001-1.008, "Introduction of Industry 4.0 Technologies in Enterprises," as part of the "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" Programme 2021–2027.
Project Title: "Implementation of Aplead Apparel ERP – full-cycle technology at Antoan Vill Ltd"
Total Value: EUR 775,225.87, comprising EUR 387,612.93 in grant funding and EUR 387,612.94 in own funding.
Main Objective:
The primary objective of the project proposal is to achieve the digital transformation of the production process at Antoan Vill EOOD through the implementation of an integrated system of Industry 4.0 technologies, with Big Data analytics serving as the core technology. Through the project's implementation, the enterprise transitions from partial digitalization to a fully connected, data-driven, and self-optimizing production environment.
Project implementation entails:
• Introduction of Big Data analytics as the foundation for management and optimization—the system establishes a basis for predictive modeling, automated planning, and immediate management responses, thereby enhancing the efficiency and transparency of the entire production chain. · • Increasing production process automation through IIoT and digital work centers – the project aims to modernize technological operations using digital terminals and sensors (IIoT) that transform every workstation into a "smart station."
• Automating internal logistics via AMR robots – the goal is to reduce time losses, physical strain on staff, and internal bottlenecks, while increasing the speed and capacity of logistics processes.
• Creating a unified, vertically and horizontally integrated digital ecosystem
• Reducing production losses, defects, downtime, and operational risks
• The project improves quality control, optimizes operational routing, and eliminates inefficient manual practices.
• Strengthening cybersecurity through the implementation of ISO/IEC 27001
• Supporting the green transition and sustainability – the project aims to significantly reduce resource consumption, waste, paper usage, transport cycles, and energy costs through automation and data-driven optimization, in line with sustainability and environmental efficiency expectations.
Project start date: 5 August 2026
